Why do I keep picking gradients? Because he keeps picking the same polishes! This was a bit different though as I did a gradient with two of the colors instead of one down into another. I saw this super cool idea over at Colour Your Life (only her's turned out FAR more amazing).
The base is Love & Beauty Seafoam, then Maurice Copper, then Julep Oscar, and a sponge down of China Glaze Lubu Heels.
I feel pretty meh about this one and promise to get really crazy with next week's.
Hope you are all having a super great weekend!!
I like this color combo - good job hubby!
ReplyDeleteHe seems pretty pleased with challenging me :) Thanks!
Deletethis is super cute! i love the colors and I think it came out great!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much! The more I look at it the more I like it. I really need a sponge so the lines will come out perfect when I pull the tape up. I had to layer each color and then wait for it to dry.
DeleteThis is actually GORGEOUS! Don't feel meh!
ReplyDeleteYou are definitely right - it's pretty awesome. I think I was a bit frustrated with the process.
DeleteThe colors are really nice together!
ReplyDeleteIt's so funny because he tries so hard to pick colors that won't go together at all. Backfire hubby! Thanks :)
DeleteYee, it turned out really good, and I don't think that mine are better than yours. I like your color combination more than mine. Thanks for you kind words!
