Sassy Lacquer Utopia and Hubby's Picks (HP16)

I knew when I first saw swatches of Sassy Lacquer's Utopia I was going to be in LOVE. Something about the golden/copper contrasting brilliantly with the teal micro glitters just looks so modern but elegant.

 This is two coats over one coat of Sally Hansen White On. There's no color to the base but it somehow color the white this gorgeous, creamy beige color which makes the glitters pop beautifully.

Quick dry time and only a very slight grit which covers up instantly with a single coat of top coat. This is one of the most brilliant and beautiful indies I've ever owned and used. I just love it!
