I got a package of wonderful Glam Polish goodies earlier this week and Hubby picked out Look at Me I'm Sandra Dee. I went and checked her site to see if it's still available (since it's part of a limited collection) and, sadly, it appears to be gone. There IS several from the Rydell High School collection, and the formula is gorgeous so I highly recommend hopping over and taking a look.
The depth and shine of this polish is simply stunning. It's a deep yet bright purple with a subtle holo shimmer running through it. Even now I can't stop staring at my nails. This is three thin coats which each dried within a five minute window of applying. This is a mommy's dream formula.
Little more of a shadowed shot to show you this is simply stunning in all kinds of lights.
I have Sandy (which I haven't tried yet) and Hopelessly Devoted which you simply have to go check out because it's my favorite. I am kicking myself for not getting the entire collection. It's a MUST HAVE. Hope you enjoyed!

Glam Polish Distant Sun
There is sunshine outside!!! I spent a couple hours redoing my daughter's bed (we're painting it pink!!!).
So this fun and bright manicure feels about right. I wanted to try out Glam Polish Distant Sun over a couple of colors and what better way then a gradient mani?
The sad thing is that the red stained my cuticles slightly. Despite that I loved wearing this manicure.
Super pretty! I love this glitter topper and can't wait to wear it with other gradient effects. It's got a mix of iridescent glitters including squares! If you are hoping to grab this pretty head over to http://www.glampolish.com.au/international-stockists for a number of international shipping options.
Hope you are all getting a little bit of nice weather. Our forecast says the rain is coming back tonight.

Glam Polish Hopelessly Devoted
Just some swatches for you today of the fantastically HOT Glam Polish Hopelessly Devoted. Anytime a polish has the word "coral" in the description I must own it. I must say I was totally not disappointed.
It is described as "A neon coral scattered holo with tiny shimmery flakies from the Rydell High Collector's Series Inspired by Grease" and that is precisely what it is. The holo is very subtle and I couldn't pick it up with my camera. Trust me though - it is there.
This totally shifts from neon pink to neon orange giving it that hot coral tone. This is two coats and no top coat. It has a satin finish. Perfection!
Be sure to grab this limited edition color over at her site: http://www.glampolish.com.au/product/hopelessly-devoted-collector-s-edition-pre-order-release-date-january-30th
There are several other shades in the Rydell High Collector's set so be sure to check them all out.

Glam Spam time: A Trio of Magic
Glam Polish is making quite a wonderful ruckus lately. How could she not?? With gorgeous mixtures, beautiful application, fab labels (if I do say so myself), and great formulas she's top notch.
Today I have the A Trio of Magic collection (you've seen Maleficent on avacado green hands already), but here's the whole collection on normal colored hands.
First up is Evanora. I have a couple of friends plotting my demise over this glittering, holo sparking, green pretty.
Two coats, no top coat, not a water shot, and direct sunlight.
This last one is indirect sunlight so you can see how glowy and gorgeous this sucker is without sun. Swoon right!
Next up is Maleficent. A deep and rich purple with holo sparkle and tons of glitter action.
These were both direct sunlight, two coats, no top coat, and all pure glittery goodness.
Somehow I skipped on an indirect sunlight photo.
This last one is Crysta. I filed my nails back down since her personality is sweet. Points didn't really seem to suit her.
This is actually the most popular of the three in my collection. It's already a third of the way gone.
The holo isn't as prominent in this one, but the circles in it steal the heart.
This set is so incredibly well thought out and executed with grace and skill. The magic is so apparent in these and they are definitely the stars of my collection right now. You know. Until her next amazing collection.
She's now shipping direct to the US! She has additional shipping options on her site. Be sure to check out Glam Polish!!!

Glam Polish Maleficent
Good morning lovely readers! It's cold and foggy outside and I have a nice warm cup of coffee. Basically life is pretty awesome right now. <3
Oh yes and I got a new package from Glam Polish - I knew when I saw the Trio of Magic that I NEEDED it in my life. Right about the time I asked for it my husband asked if I might grow my nails out and do a Maleficent manicure for the blog. She's his favorite villain and we are playing Kingdom Hearts REmix 1.5 right now. So I figured why not:
This isn't photoshopped. It took me about an hour and four layers of various greens to match her avocado/mint colored skin. I'm still not convinced I got it (not vibrant enough) BUT it was close enough to make Hubby happy.
Also I kind of fell in love with this nail shape once I had done it. It was fun! Not practical especially with children, but super cool to look at. Notice I didn't continue the makeup all the way up my arm?
In conclusion I had three thoughts: 1. Maleficent should probably not start a nail blog. 2. How does she or any villain have any time for shaping their nails like this consistently when they are plotting and carrying out evil plans? 3. This is a GORGEOUS color, and I will have non-green hand swatches up soon. For now enjoy and HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

GLAM SPAM! The nail mail I got forever ago...
Dear readers there once was a mommy who got a HUGE box full of pretties from Glam Polish to say THANK YOU! Did I post that amazing box of awesome? I did not! Why you ask in an outraged tone?! Does it matter I respond! I am posting it now!
So I feel a little guilty keeping all this pretty to myself *blush* so I share it now.
These boxes are always a surprise for me - and this box was my favorite so far! Oh my goodness this makes me want to wear Margaritaville again.
First up is Glam Polish Blibber Blubber. AWESOME formula with amazing shine - this is two coats and no top coat. It's a crelly base with a fun assortment of neon glitters including butterflies!
Next up is Muddle Puddle. Green base with micro glitters swarming in it and a burst of neon glitters in various sizes. Two coats and no top coat.
Next is my favorite!! Margaritaville is a coral crelly with a variety of neon glitters and those micro glitters. It's so awesome! I've worn it a bunch of times and just fall in love all over again every single time. Two coats with no top coat.
Next we have Nickle Nackle which is my second favorite. The blue base vibrates with the neon glitters and then shows off the giant blue holo dots. LOVE so hard! Two coats and no top coat.
Next is Peppermint Patty (and there is the CUTEST nail art for it over at Strawbrie on Instagram). It's a cool, mint base with white circles, and blue glitters in various sizes. Two coats and no top coat.
Last, but not least, is Ahhh....Aliens!!! (which I think was an exclusive). Turquoise crelly base, sparkly purple glitters, neon glitters, oh my! It's so pretty - I don't have a bottle shot as this one was with the old label. This box was so I could see how the new foil labels came out.
As you can see in the first image there was another polish: Big, Bang Theory. But my bottle had an issue so she sent me a new one which I will share in the next Glam Spam post. Be sure to check her out Color4Nails and Llarowe for US shipping options, Mei Mei Signatures for International shipping options, and her own store Glam Polish for Australian shipping options.

Glam Polish Rainbowland Collection part 3
FINALLY here are the last two in this collection. Both are two thin coats and no top coat:
My husband's favorite is up first. I was surprised this was his favorite since he's not normally a pink guy. But Dee-Light is a bubble gum pink with micro matte glitters in yellow, white diamonds, vibrant blue hexes, and smaller pink hexes.
The last, but not least, is the one that brings it all together! Brite. I have to preface this with I hate yellow. Me and yellow don't get along. HOWEVER this is the most incredible, smoothest, and prettiest yellow ever. It's my second favorite in this collection right after Twink. A pale, creamy yellow boasting dots and microglitters in red, pink, gold, green and blue it is so amazing!
That wrap up this collection. I have another Glam Polish post coming with even more pretty polishes if you can imagine that! Keep an eye on the Llarowe page because she'll be stocked stateside in the coming weeks!

Glam Polish Rainbowland Collection part 2
I promised more Glam Polish Rainbowland Collection and I am here to deliver. I've got three more from the collection today and then I'll sum up the collection in one more post.
This is a very diverse collection boasting lots of pretty glitters, variety of color, and base types. Click here to see part 1.
First up is Twink which, initially, was not my favorite. I've never been into white based glitter polishes. But when I put this one on magic happened! Smooth formula opaque enough to cover in two coats, but clear enough (right wording??) to show off glitter. Not a crelly or a jelly though. Not even a milky or squishy base. I don't know how this one works but it sure does! All photos are two coats with no top coat. She really knows her stuff!
Next up is Lucky. A teal crelly packed with various sizes (including dots) of gold, green, and teal with large teal holographic dots. Say what! So true and so totally gorgeous!! This color and glitter combination makes me weak in the knees.
Last for this post is I.Q. and it's a dusty purple crelly with pale pink and fuschia glitters in various sizes, a smattering of large holographic purple dots. It's vibrant and dusty - such a fascinating combination.
Isn't this collection fun! All are available here in the US through Mei Mei Signatures and will also be available (at possibly a more affordable price) through Llarowe and one more source to be announced soon within the next coming weeks.
One more post will finish this collection and then I'll have a Glam Spam Post with more pretties to dazzle you after that. Stay tuned!
