Summer Challenge: Day 2 My Favorite Polish

....will probably surprise you. You've probably come to expect wildly colorful, bold manicures, and combinations that just wouldn't seem to go together naturally together. So what bright, bold and off the wall nail polish makes me swoon? Essie Pure Pearlfection.
Here's some sunlight shots:

I decided to put it over Julep Molly, Rimmel Black Satin, and Sally Hansen White On to show how this effects top coat shimmers. Sadly over white it doesn't show enough to be picked up in the pictures but it's such a gorgeous shimmer. So elegant.
Shade shots:

This is THE polish I use most often to glitz up manicures, blend gradients, top off butterfly wings and so much more. I think I'm just in love with how versatile it is. What's your favorite?

    1. You totally can! It completely transforms a color. Even black becomes sultry and elegant with it. It's such a staple polish for me now.

    1. Break that sucker out and give it a test drive. Holidays this one is totally worn non stop. I haven't found a color that it doesn't look amazing over the top of and how many effects top coats can boast that?

  5. I didn't think I wanted this polish. I was afraid it would change the base color too much, but it looks great!

    1. I doesn't change the color at all - it just really gives it an elegant edge. It's so worth the investment

  6. I am, in fact, a little surprised...but in a way, not. You would pick something beautiful and versatile in art. You've kind of convinced me to give it a second look. It totally caught my eye when it first came out.

    1. I'm really surprised you don't have it Liesl - you would totally love this one. Also As Gold As it Gets. Yeah I suppose in the grand scheme of things it's actually not that surprising....but I like to think I'm not predictable ;)
