My Birthday Creations

So I got another gift from my birthday club and opened it up to find:
Base, empty bottles, glitters, micas, nail art beads and a trio of E.L.F. polishes. I've never made a polish before so we're talking kid in a candy store - Carrie you rock!

So my first instinct was to make a blue and orange nail polish. So mixed a bit (ok a LOT) of the golden orange colored mica into some base and poured that in and then dumped in some more orange glitters and let the blue squares pop all on their own!

I haven't figured out what to call this one yet but I LOVE it! I made another one:

Lots of that one - it's super simple but so sparkly and so pretty. One of the gals in my birthday club said it reminded her of Marry a Millionaire....but it's not as sparkly. Still thinking of a name but in the meantime I have a super cool manicure!

    1. Thanks so much - luckily the second is much easier to paint out.

  2. Wow, you made absolutely awesome polishes. I like the second one more, but both are great. You have to try to sell them, I am sure there will be a lot of costumers for them! I want to see more!!!!!

    1. I am kind of a fan of the second one I won't lie. Making and selling feels like it might take the fun out of it, but thanks so much! You are a doll :)

    1. For reals it's a slippery and very glittery slope and I say GO FOR IT! ;)
