Glam Polish Distant Sun

There is sunshine outside!!! I spent a couple hours redoing my daughter's bed (we're painting it pink!!!).

So this fun and bright manicure feels about right. I wanted to try out Glam Polish Distant Sun over a couple of colors and what better way then a gradient mani?

The sad thing is that the red stained my cuticles slightly. Despite that I loved wearing this manicure.

Super pretty! I love this glitter topper and can't wait to wear it with other gradient effects. It's got a mix of iridescent glitters including squares! If you are hoping to grab this pretty head over to http://www.glampolish.com.au/international-stockists for a number of international shipping options.

Hope you are all getting a little bit of nice weather. Our forecast says the rain is coming back tonight.

Mommy Does her own rendition of a Rainbow Honey Robots Collection review

So Rainbow Honey Robot Collection popped up on Fab.com, but I was all like, "Eh, I'll wait till it hits her site." Then Fab.com was all like, "Guess what? Free shipping!" Hook, line, and sinker. The siren call of free shipping takes another frugal polish loving fiend down. At least it was for a great collection though!

There are reviews and swatches for this collection popping up left and right. BUT what I saw when I the promotional photos first slipped into my Facebook news feed was GRADIENT THOSE SUCKERS! Seriously though. What is it with me and gradients?! Lucky for you it looks AMAZING! Also what is it with me and caps?! Anywho prepare for the photo bombardment!!

Foils are a PAIN to clean up BUT these are all one gradient stamp of  the entire collection.

NOW for a walk through of the incredible package itself! I am HUGE on her gorgeous packaging and she didn't fail to wow yet again. The poster is going up in my stash cupboard. <3

These last three shots I wanted to show a few minor things. First off, above, two of the bottles have shorter caps. She didn't know that had happened and has promised new caps to those who got this mishaps. Then there's this too:

It's a small thing, but a bit of an oversight. No biggie in my book, but it was somewhat odd. Overall I love this collection. It's very fun and very nerdy! For the Rainbow Honey Robots collection go here.

Sponged Rainbow Gradient Tutorial video link

Well good midnight! I finally got over my fear of editing the rainbow gradient tutorial I made (it was a beast and I had no clue what I was doing!), and got it loaded up to Youtube!! I've made two other tutorials that will be going up in the coming weeks and am working on my filming setup so I can make some more nail art videos!
I seriously regret not getting these up before The Biggest Loser finale because I totally voted for Jackson and should have rocked these that day but ce la vie right? At any rate here's the link to the tutorial or you can watch it right on this post:

Let's play catch up! St. Patty's Day manicure

Hey all! So my cousin is in town and I haven't seen her in YEARS! We've had so much fun!! I actually got to go into a Cosmoprof store (she's a licensed beautician). So.much.fun.

So I'm sure you'll understand why I'm playing catch up. I REALLY should just learn to schedule posts. Ah well that's in the past. I had to share this manicure because it's just so gorgeous.
The rainbow gradient came out so perfectly and I just love it as an accent nail. I nearly continued wearing this because I voted for Jackson on The Biggest Loser finale but I desperately needed to get caught up on Hubby's Picks too (coming tomorrow).
That's super sparkly and vibrant green is an unnamed that Glam Polish sent me!!! It's seriously just one of the most amazing ones she has sent me. Rumor has it she's working on more colored bases....but I digress!
The shamrocks are Zoya Gilda and I love the accents mixed with the totally amazing bow ring I scored at Forever 21. Seriously I just got it like two weeks ago (so they probably have more!!) and it's so gorgeous! It NEEDED to be in these pictures.

Anyhow I hope everyone had a super fun and super safe St. Patrick's Day!
